The Magic Group are excited to bring you the first edition of the Perth Pre Season Championship.

Kicking off in 2025, the Perth Pre Season Championship will follow our sister competitions in Queensland and Victoria - giving clubs the chance to play fun and competitive pre season games to get them ready for the season ahead.

Dates & Venues:

  29th March -  Subiaco AFC

 5th  March - Bayswater Fc

12th April -  Bayswater FC

Age Groups: Under 8's

Under 9's

Under 10's

Under 11's

Under 12's

Competition Formats:

Final competition formats will be determined by team entries in each age group but below is an example of our Tournament structure;

Grading

Week 1 - teams to be split into groups of 4 playing 3 games (3x 30 min games 15 minute halves with a 5 minute half time ). Teams move into various tiers of competition depending on ladder placements.

Competition  

Week 2 - teams play similar level teams in further group or playoff games. Teams will play 2 or 3 games of  30 minute games. 15 minute halves 

Finals

Week 3 - teams will finish the Pre Season Championship with ranking games, including a Grand Final, in each age group tier depending on team numbers . Teams could play up to 3 games . 30 minute games 15 minute 

Presentation:

Following the final games on week 3 there will be a presentation for the winners and runners up in each age group division. Team trophies and individual player medals will be presented.

Referees and Officials;

Each game will have a qualified referee. Please ensure your coaches, players and parents respect the officials at all times.Our event staff will be at each hosting venue to ensure the tournament runs smoothly and information or help is available.
